Anna Polz-Ziobrowska

Qualified advocate entered into the list of advocates kept by the District Chamber of Advocates in Warsaw.

Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw, the Faculty of Law at the University of Cardiff and the British Law Center organized in cooperation between the University of Warsaw and the University of Cambridge.

Anna specializes in civil law, companies law and commercial law, as well as banking and financial law. She provides ongoing legal advice to domestic and foreign business entities, including commercial companies, investment and loan funds, in particular in respect of legal aspects of bankruptcy and restructuring, instruments for securing claims, as well as recovery of receivables and enforcement proceedings. Furthermore, she has many years of experience in advising lenders and borrowers on various types of financings and the connected security packages gained in an international law firm, Allen & Overy in Warsaw, and in the European Investment Bank in Luxembourg.

Currently, she is working on her PhD in bankruptcy law titled: “Pre-pack insolvency proceedings under Polish law in comparison to the legal solutions implemented in England”.

Anna is an author of publications concerning bankruptcy law and commercial law.

She is fluent in English.
