Liquidation of companies Warsaw

Liquidation of companies

Closing a company’s operations is a complicated legal procedure, especially important for limited liability and joint-stock companies. It all starts when shareholders decide to end the company’s existence. From this point on, the company goes through the liquidation stage, which includes finalizing current operations, settling debts and distributing assets. A key figure in this period is the liquidator, tasked with managing and representing the company during liquidation. After all the necessary liquidation measures have been carried out and a final report prepared, the company is removed from the register. The process must strictly adhere to the law in order to properly resolve all financial, tax and legal issues related to liquidation.
